A Cunningham-based class focusing on easeful alignment and movement.
A Cunningham-based technique class with an emphasis on moving with ease, efficiency and clarity. Focusing on alignment, breath and musicality, the class will progress from standing exercises for stability, strength and control, through to travelling movement sequences and jumps that encourage a dynamic use of the space. |

Aya KobayashiCalligraphy - playing with texture and rhythms.
Inclusivity is at the heart of Aya’s practice, tons of imagery and simple descriptions to guide the group or individuals. We will explore the texture and rhythms of movement borrowing some idea of calligraphy and painting. Appreciating our physical resource and imagination fully, we will play with sense of volume in dances. |
Farah SalehWe will explore together ways to connect, expand and express through the sternum.
The workshop "Connect to expand and express" will explore the sternum's articulations, connections, and movement initiations. We will start from small somatic exercises, then move to bigger and dynamic ones, to finish with a dance phrase that integrates the established connections, while adding physical states to each movement. |

From his unique perspective and skill of inclusive practice Marc explores the beauty of difference through movement led exploration, creative tasks and learning set material. Providing the dancers with a new vocabulary that enhances their creativity, Marc redefines expectations of physicality for performers. |

Working with the breath, voice and movement, this workshop share tools and pondering Solène has been working with for the last 12 years. This workshop is addressed to people interested in the body as the medium for creative expression (acting, dancing, performing, choreographing). The class will be lead through guided improvisation tasks and exercises. |
