What is the connection between human relationships and chaos?
This inter-disciplinary project offers an interpretation of the principles of chaos theory, finding connections between the mathematical patterns we find ourselves surrounded by in nature and science, along with the recurring patterns we can be drawn towards in our relationships with others. This is a project in three stages, combining a live dance performance, an immersive installation and a film, to create a visual understanding of conflicting energies and attractions within a system. It explores the way in which we adapt to others when entering another's personal space and examines the continual balancing act between independence and dependence.
