Morning class will bring a return to simplicity, with exercises to both focus the mind and heat the body. Using concepts of construct and deconstruct, together we’ll move to the centre and across the floor by use of travelling sequences. Rob Heaslip is a choreographer, dancer, movement director and teacher creating his own ensemble work, as well as collaborative works. His choreographic style renowned for fluidic, detailed dance, aligning the body and the mind to bring clarity to movement. All welcome, no latecomers please.
